We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s our simple policy:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Certain items (custom orders, final-sale products, innerwear) are non-returnable.
- To initiate a return, email us at support@roselegacy.in
- Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to us. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless the product is defective/damaged).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item, to the original payment method or as store credit.
